The Cedar Rapids Science Center spent this past weekend celebrating Engineers Week and had a ton of fun in the process! Friday we hosted our first Trivia Night and had 8 teams in attendance. Although many of the questions stumped even the brightest of the bunch everyone left with a smile on their face. The light hearted nature of the event led to a lot of laughs while raising funds for engineering curriculum in the Science Center’s programming. We look forward to next year’s event already. Spring Break Camp Registration is Open!

Spring Break camp is back at the Science Center for children grade levels 1-4. Camps are offered in two sessions the first March 18th-20th and the second March 25th-27th. Morning camp will take place from 9:00 am to noon and the afternoon camp will be from 1:00pm until 4:00pm. Campers can participate in half day ($20) or full day sessions ($35) in addition the science center offers before and after care services.
