Bring The Stars Inside!
Using our inflatable planetarium we can project the night sky as it appears anywhere on earth. Our trained instructors can present shows on any of these topics:
- Shapes, constellations, and monthly change in the sky
- Phases of the moon
- Star color
- Planets
- Greek, African, or North American mythology
- Chinese seasons and legends
- Ancient Egyptian culture and legends
- Earth and lunar cycles
- Using a star map at home
We can also bring the stars to you! Our planetarium can be inflated in any room measuring at least 21 x 21 x 11 feet. We provide an instructor and all other necessary materials.
$75 programming fee. $60 per consecutive program. $0.45 per mile surcharge if round trip from the Science Center is more than 30 miles.
